The systems of our homes are designed to work together to maintain a comfortable interior temperature and humidity and superior energy efficiency. Attic heating, air infiltration, internal sources and windows are the major sources of heat build up.

To combat each of these sources each of our homes incorporates the following features:
	Tight, efficient thermal envelope
	Continuous structural wrap to shield against air and water infiltration
	Cooling systems properly sized to control temperature and humidity
	A/C ducts sealed and insulated to resist leakage and condensation
	HEPA type filters to trap dust, pollen and pollutants
	Energy efficient lighting & Energy Star appliances
	Radiant barrier roof decking to minimize attic temperature gain
	Low-e double pane windows about twice as effective as the Texas code requires

To further assist our families in achieving the highest level of satisfaction, we have implemented a special pricing approach that eliminates additional fees on allowance item overages, potentially saving thousands of dollars.
